This cheesy garlic bread is crisp on the outside, gooey inside, and full of rich garlic flavor. Perfect for pasta night, parties, or snacking.
1 loaf French bread or baguette
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread butter mixture over both bread halves.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
