This cheesy garlic bread is crisp on the outside, gooey inside, and full of rich garlic flavor. Perfect for pasta night, parties, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or baguette

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Slice bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.

  • In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread butter mixture over both bread halves.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.

  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
