These crispy, cheesy garlic chicken wraps are loaded with flavor and wrapped in golden toasted tortillas. A quick and comforting meal perfect for any time of day.
2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
Optional: shredded lettuce, tomato slices
1 tbsp butter or olive oil for toasting
Mix chicken with garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes or until fully cooked.
In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
Warm tortillas. Spread mayo or yogurt, add lettuce and tomato, then chicken and cheese.
Roll wraps tightly and toast in a skillet with butter or oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
Cut and serve hot.
