Warm, crispy, and packed with garlicky chicken and gooey cheese, these Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavorful meal perfect for any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Optional: 1/4 cup garlic aioli or mayo

  • Optional toppings: lettuce, diced tomato, red onion

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat. Marinate 30 minutes.

  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool.

  • Lay tortillas on a surface. Spread aioli/mayo, add chicken, cheese, and optional veggies.

  • Fold sides, roll up, and toast seam-side down in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.

  • Serve warm with dipping sauce or salad.

Notes

Make ahead for meal prep. Substitute with tofu for vegetarian version. Toast in oven if preferred.
