Warm, crispy, and packed with garlicky chicken and gooey cheese, these Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavorful meal perfect for any day of the week.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: 1/4 cup garlic aioli or mayo
Optional toppings: lettuce, diced tomato, red onion
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat. Marinate 30 minutes.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
Lay tortillas on a surface. Spread aioli/mayo, add chicken, cheese, and optional veggies.
Fold sides, roll up, and toast seam-side down in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
Serve warm with dipping sauce or salad.
