All the comforting flavors of a cheeseburger come together in this one-pan pasta dish. Juicy ground beef, melty cheddar, tender noodles, and a hint of burger sauce make this a weeknight winner.
1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
1 yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups short pasta (elbows, shells, or rotini)

Lower heat and mix in cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually stir in shredded cheddar until creamy.
Add ketchup and mustard. Mix well.
Stir in pickles or use as garnish.
Serve hot.
