Scale
  • 23 cups cooked, shredded chicken

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup milk

  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • Layer chicken and vegetables in the dish. Sprinkle with seasonings.

  • Spoon the cream of chicken soup over top. Pour broth evenly over, without stirring.

  • Drizzle melted butter over the batter.

  • Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use turkey or ham instead of chicken.

  • Add cheddar to the biscuit mix for a cheesy crust.
