Tender turkey meatballs cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze. Easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for quick dinners or meal prep. Naturally gluten-free and ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
1 egg
1/3 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

For the Sauce:
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, green onion, garlic, tamari, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

  • Form into 18–20 small meatballs.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, about 6–8 minutes.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, tamari, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.

  • Add sauce to skillet, cover, and simmer for 7–8 minutes until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.

  • Serve warm with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
