A creamy, garlicky pasta made entirely in one pot. Rich in flavor and simple to prepare, it’s the perfect quick meal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti or long pasta
6–8 garlic cloves, minced or sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2½ cups low-sodium broth (chicken or vegetable)
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil and butter in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until soft and fragrant.

  • Stir in broth and cream; bring to a simmer.

  • Add dry pasta and cook uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring often.

  • Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  • Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
